Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Painters with Passion. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

1. Services Provided

We offer painting, waterproofing, crack repairs, and related services as agreed upon in your quotation. All work will be carried out in a professional manner, using quality materials and industry best practices.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

  • Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes after site inspection or during the project.

  • Quotes exclude any unforeseen repairs or additional materials not included in the original assessment.

3. Booking & Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made via EFT or other methods as specified on your invoice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • In such cases, you will be notified promptly and alternative arrangements will be made.

5. Access & Site Conditions

  • You must provide clear access to the work area during agreed working hours.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or unsafe working conditions.

  • Please secure all valuables and breakables before work begins.

6. Warranty & Quality Guarantee

  • We offer a [12/24]-month workmanship guarantee on painting and waterproofing services.

  • Product warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Damage caused by misuse, natural wear, neglect, or structural issues is not covered under our warranty.

7. Liability

  • While all care is taken, we are not liable for accidental damage to surrounding items or areas unless caused by negligence.

  • We do not accept responsibility for pre-existing issues or damage unless agreed in writing before work begins.

8. Use of Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of your project for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have photos of your property shared, please let us know in writing before work commences.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request.
